Once you enroll in a research study, you can change your mind at any time and withdraw from the study.
Also, during the study, you will be told if any new information is learned that may affect your condition, or influence whether or not you want to continue. It's important for you to have all the facts as you participate in this type of research.
The Study Doctor may also end your participation early. This could happen if:
* Any safety problems are found during the study, either with the entire study group or with you as an individual.
* You need treatment that is not allowed in this study.
* The Study Doctor or coordinator feels that you are not meeting your responsibilities, and therefore it's risky to allow you to continue to participate.
* You become pregnant.
* Or the study is canceled for another reason.
